Modular designs and configurations allow
for system expansion as commercial opportunities develop.

Requirements for pre-processing of feed-stocks are greatly reduced because of our multi-cell material capacities and processing range with automated sequencing.

Once loaded and prepared, the feedstock cells are handled and coordinated through the process via our software-controlled pick & place cell manipulator.

Multi-cell processing module allows flexibility in material selection.

A standard 6-module configuration plant layout could produce combined liquid and gas outputs capable of fuelling 2000kw per hour of electrical energy and a further 2MW of usable thermal energy per hour.

Process Outputs

The Genus-BioEnergy system converts 100% of the organic and synthetic content of the input material into usable energy outputs in the form of high calorific process gas and liquid fuels all of which are reconfigured into high value commodity products suitable for use across a wide range of business sectors.

Under consistent software monitored operating conditions, the system produces a range of liquid fuels using an inbuilt Distillation Unit, and also various types of gases:

•Diesel Fuel

•Heating Oil

•Marine Fuel

•CH4

•H2 Gas produced at a minimum of 150kg per hour

•CxHy

•N2

•O2
